[SEL] IHC M 3 HP Question

Hi List,
I have a manual for the IHC M 3 HP engine.  In looking over  the manual, 
there seems to be some information missing.  Where is the water  stored and how 
does the water get to the carburetor on a IHC M 3 HP Kerosene  ignitor engine?
