[SEL] Pulley on Ebay

I bought the pulley on ebay but I'm not sure what it fits.  I like 
taking the cast pulleys and modifying them to fit whatever I need them 
for.  I had a pulley on the Miami engine at Portland that I purchased 
off of Ken Meeks.  It was for a Massey Harris engine.  I cut the lugs 
off the back of it, slotted the holes and cut 2 inches off the width.
