hi Patrick
my name is dale eather and I live in a small town called gunning about 40 km
from Goulburn and about 70 km from Canberra. I have a problem at the moment
I have just restored a atco cylinder lawn mower built in the 1930s
and the frame is made by ATCO but the engine is a villiers four stroke C12
from England I have hit a brick wall as I cannot find a owners manual for
one with a recoil starter because there is a part missing inside of the
recoil starter it is ready to go but all because of the missing part it can
be only a static display your help would be very much appreciated
