Dave,
I use the same wood glue as used on the wooden parts. Whatever wood glue 
they have at Lowes. I cut the fillet about a 1/2" too long, and then put 
a thin line of glue along the back of the fillet, except for the extra 
1/2" I hold it with. Start the opposite end and use the fillet tool to 
push into place. Then wipe the excess glue off with a damp paper towel.

Have heard nada from Rick on the board size :-(    Rick?
