I am trying to find information on a company called Vinco.
I couldn't help myself when I saw an old slasher/cultivator put out 
for the local council cleanup a while back.
It was seized but with a days work I have managed to get it running.
I have been searching the net for the last couple of days but I can 
find nothing about Vinco.
The local old shop front mower bloke reckoned the motor maybe a Victa 
Villers as the crankcase has Victa moulded
on it and the numbers 6-59 stamped into it. It has a very simple 
zenith carburetor and a bendix air filter.
Any suggestions?
