Yeah.  Actually, you see fewer of that model than the other.  Not nearly 
as pretty though and they bring considerably less than the upright 
governor, sideshaft flyball governor model.  I know of 5 or 6 of them 
and know there are several others.  While unique, they're a bit ugly and 
not very intriguing to watch run.  Just my thoughts.
