I agree with Tom, Paul.  Let the first coat COMPLETELY DRY so that no MEK 
can be detected.  Several weeks may be necessary...and I believe that heat 
added to aid in drying is NOT recommended.  Recommend you put the tank on 
several small boards or such..so that any small drip will not glue the tank 
to the workbench.
