[SEL] OT: British addresses, was ATIS Holdiay Charity Auction

In a rural location like mine, my postcode SY13 2DQ identifies about 12
houses in the street, so you might just get away with "Scales, SY13 2DQ, UK"
for an address :-)  In London, a postcode may identify a couple of hundred
addresses.
