[SEL] Steam Cable plows

The plows had riders, so the engine operator(s) wouldn't have to walk out
into the field.  Take a close look at these pictures.  You'll see the seats
for the rider.

It would suck if the plow got plugged and you had to walk to the middle of 
the field to clean it out.
