That one is not hard. It is a volume-governed Root & VanDervoort. I think
only R&V and Foos built engines with disk cranks.

OK guys, I need a little help ID'ing this engine I ran across. Here are 
a few pictures. The balanced crankshaft reminds me of Foos.

The water hopper has a 289 cast in it, but I don't think this is a Ford ;-)
