[SEL] OT, gag me with maggots, Red Cross

Red Cross gets nothing from here, but I can't believe how "tight" they
have gotten with all of the "sub" drives.   Local bank, local this,
local that, but at the very end they collect and turn ALL of the money
over to the Red Cross!!!  Can't believe how they have slipped in there
so tight.
