[SEL] stationary-engine -- 10th Anniversary 19 September

Hi Brice,
         I joined the List in late 1995 or early 1996 when my son (DJ) 
alerted me to it's existence. The List, as you noted, started in 1995. The 
first "gathering" of List members was at the Coolspring Show on June 14-16, 
1996. Later that year the List members again got together at the August 
Portland Show. We also got together for pictures at Portland that year with 
the FATG's. (Do you remember the TWO dinners that year?)
         I've documented some of this early "List History" in an article 
that my son DJ and I wrote in GEM in 1997. (See: "Cyberspace and Old 
Iron",  _Gas Engine Magazine_, June 1997, pp 34-35.)
