No question about it, use JB-Weld. No gas tank sealer should be necessary.

So many projects. So little time.

Subject: [SEL] Cracked

DAMN !!!

For Halloween tonight, I decided to burn a couple Yellow Dogs and a few
lanterns.

The Nat'l Supply dog I have has a crack that looks like it might extend
from the top ridge, down along
the spout and to the bottom and ( Maybe ) extending around the bottom
about one third of the circumfrence.

Now - - - I figure I could fix it "quick & dirty" and use JB Weld on the
inside and finish it with Gas Tank Sealer -

Or - - - Try to Braze it and chance breaking it good.

Suggestions ???

Joe "Pip" Betz said that.
