[SEL] Clutch Pulley

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to free up a clutch pulley on a 7 HP Witte, but with little success.  The pulley rotates freely on the shaft, ie, not engaged, and the inner workings of the clutch are rusted tight.  I'm soaking the insides with PB Blaster and being patient.  If I could get the pulley off I could work on it much more easily, but I can't figure out how it is attached to the shaft.  Anyone out there with diagrams, hints, or other advice?  Thanks in advance.
