Yep - I'd say Nat'l Supply would probably be it.

The "Shield" does look like the interstate highway sign.

I'm sorta new to the Yellow Dog market.  I purchased one earlier through
ebay
and felt I got a good deal on a "no name".
Then I fell over this one at a local house auction.

I bought it from the guy that won the bid as I showed up late and didn't
see it.
He said he didn't know what it was ( but I doubt that ).
