[SEL] Piston wall woes

Looking for some help with my Sandwich 1 1/2 restoration.  Discovered after 
attempting to hone out the piston wall that there is a slight indentation on 
one side caused by a loose rist pin in the engines previous life.  After some 
more honing the indentation seems to be somewhat less but now I fear possible 
blow-by if I continue to hone more.  How far should one go?
