Great news!!

I just had a quick reply from the folks at Restoration Supply Company.

The quick bottom line is, yes, they will do sizes & threads other than
what is listed in their catalog.  Contact 'em with the details of what
you need for specifics.

If you haven't downloaded their catalog yet, visit the website and do so.
