Hi Edd,
Interesting find on the engine.  Know of one fellow who used to own one that 
matches your engine description.  Not sure if he still has it or not but will 
try to contact him for you.  He had brought it to small engine show one time 
but could not get it to run so don't much about it other then it was a water 
cooled engine.  Do you have pics to post so we can see what she looks like?
