[SEL] NHMA Draft Constitution - heads up

Hi guys,
           just a short heads up to let you know that the NHMA Draft Constitution has been circulated to all club secretarys, if your interested have a look (ask your secretary for it) and any changes you feel required (I found one or two things I didnt like) make those back through your club secretary to the NHMA State Rep, not the NHMA National directly.
