Download Eudora Light. It is infinitely better IMO. Apart from all the ridiculous security holes they find in Outlook (How many years after into??), the user interfaces in Eudora are actually clear and logical! My wife uses Outlook because she is too stubborn/lazy ;-) to change, so I can see just how lousy OE is compared to Eudora.
