[SEL] I found something about which I know nothing!!!

Gentlemen...
I am curious as to why "off list" would be a necessity
other than to not "bog down" the communications for
the balance.
Anyone is welcome to communicate with me and (most
certainly) to pay me a visit.  Hell...I'm easy.
