[SEL] Is this engine hit/miss or throttler?

Tom,

    Yeah, it has the IHC sub base under it.  Most of the IHC's used the 
sub base to make them a "full base" engine.  Some of the real early 
IHC's had a single casting making the full base.  Pretty few and far 
between though.
