[SEL] Baker Monitor crank offset.

On the Baker Monitor engines the centerline of the cylinder is offset 
from the mains to reduce side forces on the piston on the power stroke. 
This is well discussed and promoted in the original literature. For the 
purposes of repouring the mains I need to know exactly how far off of 
cylinder centerline the mains are. Does anyone happen to know? I am 
making a fixture to hold the dummy shaft in just the correct position 
parallel to the camshaft and parallel to the cylinder mounting flange.
