Hello.  I live in the suburbs of Washington, D.C.     Many years before 
the doctors and lawyers flooded the region, there were model engineering 
clubs which met regularly and held meetings and outings. I have the 
tether boat "WASP" which amazed the world when it turned 35 mph in 
1935.  Some years ago I also discovered a 30cc little single cylinder 
model gas engine built from "an Elmer Wall kit" in 1936.  Over the past 
25 years that first engine has led to my trying to locate examples of 
the many different designs which Mr. Elmer Wall pretty much thought up 
himself. The collection now numbers about 25 different patterns or 
pattern variations which he originated. A few never reached production 
and are "one-offs," and some are subtle variations.   I am always 
looking for photos of Mr. Wall,  stories,  and contacts with anyone who 
owns an Elmer Wall model gas engine.         Sincerely,       Reed
