[SEL] Dogs on show grounds (OT?)now fences...again.

While we are on this subject, I drove 1000 klm to the Heyfield National, 
parked my car and after setting up camp  was told by one of these officials 
to shift it in no uncertain manor because I was 6ins over the yellow line 
marker. I think this was a bit over the fence.  Cam
