[SEL] O.T. Key Security

Roger we have all of the apartments keyed to a Master Key but when a new 
tenant moves in they get two entry keys and we keep a spare key in the 
cabinet in case they misplace one. When an apartment is vacant there is 
three keys hanging on the hook.
