[SEL] Naracoorte National

I think the next one is in Queensland (or maybe that is the one after 
the next?). I know that Bundaberg club has solicited support from our 
club for their application to hold the rally.

I cannot for the life of me see why any club would want to hold the 
national - the work required is phenomonal - even with top notch 
attendance the chance of breaking even is just about zero.
