I appreciate your help, but I need it spelled out a little better for me! I'm just a stupid salesman so forgive my slow uptake. You made the following statement in your earlier response:
"An awful lot can be achieved with a sash cramp and a few wood wedges."
I don't know what a sash cramp is!! Maybe you can spell it out a little better for me- I would appreciate it

If you show 1/16th variation, that will give you a 1/8th runout. And I bet
it looks awful !! It should pull back ok.
