[SEL] Mystery engine to me

My first thought was a dishpan Fairbanks, but as Chuck said, it has no 
lip on the hopper opening and it looks like it has a Wico mag.  I think 
the dishpans were battery and coil.  Is there any sign of a mounting for 
a battery box on the offside?
