[SEL] Fairbanks Morse ZD 2 HP Question

These questions refer to a Fairbanks Morse ZD 2 HP.  
What is the proper position of the Connecting Rod Oil Splasher -  does it 
mount to the rear of connecting rod bolt or to front under the  connecting rod 
nut?  Is the Connecting Rod Upper Bolt Spacer Washer  located to other 
connecting rod bolt in a like manner as the Connecting Rod  Oil Splasher?
