[SEL] Fowler tractor

                    The fowler starting cartridge recipe is as follows: 22
grains of fff black powder , cover with thick PAPER wad then 160 grains of
AR2209 rifle propellant. Do not compress. Hand close, add a drop of super
glue to keep shell closed. Never had a problem with this recipe. No
responsibility taken though.
