[SEL] lunk oilers of some sort

Its a sight glass-drain valve combination.  It could be used for any number 
of things.  Could be on a condensate tank where you would check the level of 
condensate and empty it with the cock.  Or perhaps in an oil reservoir where 
you would use the cock to fill your oil can and the sight glass used to tell 
you when the oil tank was empty.

Certainly not an oiler.
