[SEL] Setup of List Area at Portland

Hi Folks,

Its that time of year again; time to discuss who among us can step up
and serve the needs of the many.  We're talking about the annual Portland
land grab.  Namely being at Portland on the Friday before the show (August
21st) to reserve and stake out an area for the folks on the Stationary
Engine List to call their own and setup in.

Do we have one or more volunteers?
