[SEL] [AT] Charity auction

Great idea Alec!

Keep the charity auction for the groups we've supported in the past or
related to the hobby.
I'll donate $20 towards a SEL/ATIS Tsunami fund.
I'll even increase that amount if it looks like others are giving more
than me ;-)
