[SEL] Spyware Removal Software?

Paul, I use Spybot and Ad-Aware.  Both are "freebies" but seem to work 
well.  Ad-Aware is from LavaSoft.  I don't have the addresses for them but 
a search should find them quickly.  Both update from time to time.
