[SEL] Ecomomy paint

Hi all.
I want to paint my Economy engine; Wendel gives Dulux 674 as the color. 
My paint guy can match that in a multi part paint, but I am going to
paint it in stages.  That would make mixing small quantities and throwing
a lot away.  Does anyone have a suggestion for a paint like Rultoleum
that could be tinted to be close?  Regal Red doesn't seem too far off.
