[SEL] Flywheel dangers

That's about what I expected to hear.
With the spring hooked to the throttle lever, my "M" slows down to what
sounds likd about 180 rpms. It does continue to fire every time and will
pull a load as well. I will check the speed tomorrow if I can get to
starting it.
