Hi Ron, 
You should.  I hear the guy who runs the web page is a real
jerk.  

Right after he paid dearly for the book on eBay, he offered
to print up about 20 copies and asked the Engine List if
anyone was interested in splitting the cost 20 ways.
Somebody had a fit and accused him of profiteering.  

He didn't really understand the charges leveled against him,
as he already had an original copy and was merely offering
to share it.  Anyway, he got mad and no one got a copy of
the book.  

Time passed, the bitterness subsided, and eventually the
book was made available in pdf format.  You can get your
