[SEL] A Master clock with a Magneto

There are many master clock systems. Most old ones use a Pendulum master
clock to close a contact once each minute to send a pulse to slaves. Some
had elaborate correction seams (IBM was one) , at least one used pulses of
compressed air, but I was not familiar with this concept.

The master clock movement has what on this list can only be described as a
impulse magneto (note the familiar two springs) to generate the electrical
pulse once per minute and send it to the slave.
