Some mail programs, like the Mac OS X "Mail" application, don't allow 
turning off HTML. Neither do most Web-based E-mail systems. Like it or 
not, HTML E-mail's here to stay. A smarter digest compiler could leave 
out the HTML code and show only the plain text.
