[SEL] Springs

Can anyone recommend a spring winding company that will do small quantities of springs?  I need 2 different kinds of springs wound for the fuel pump on my 25 HP Fairbanks Morse Y Motor.  I have done some google searches on the web and sent inquiries to a several companies, but so far haven't received a reply.  I am assuming that they aren't interested in doing a half dozen or so springs for me...

I have drawings I got from FM that have all the specs...
