[SEL] Book update

Hi all,

Back in the days of the wild wild west folks would look forward to the 
next chapter of a book published in the newspaper. You can now re-live 
those days as I get this online. I have the table of contents up and 
running and a couple chapters. If you get a bad link on the next page 
window, it's cause it ain't there yet. Put em in when I build the page. 
Saddle up and enjoy the ride.
