[SEL] What have you lost off your trailer?

a long time ago i was pulling a 16' tandem trailer empty with an old buick
and after going over a good size bump on the freeway, the tongue jack post
hit the road and unhitched the trailer from the car.
the safety chains held but i can still see the vision in the rear view
mirror of the trailer sideways up on 2 wheels as it gyrated before i got
it stopped.
