What JB said , I machine the threads off a 3/8 X 18 npt brass reducer
bushing and
 make the OD a press fit and tap it into the hole to reduce the venturi up
up the velocette  .
They will tune  down a  little easier , when run slower .
Grab it with pliers and twist it out - bam- original high speed mixer !
