And the reason the cops stopped the engine???  Because the engine was low on
water so the engineer was headed to the closest water supply and didn't take
the time to lay his planks to cross the paved road!!!!  Idiotic overzelous
smartass cop thought  he'd get a nice fine for that ticket.  Marion Ohio,  I

The only STUPID PEOPLE in that case were the Asshole Cops that pulled the
engine over as it pulled into the show grounds. Thus, requiring the
engineer to take care of "more important" duties than tending to the
engine.
