[SEL] horsepower formula

Hi Jim,
    100% correct--and MY BAD! Using the CORRECT formula my "16 HP Galloway"
is 15.27 IHP and between 12.2 and 13.43 BTHP (the rpm's SHOULD BE 240--NOT
225!) Using a divisor of 10,500 for the final calculation (even though it's
a 4 cycle) provides a much closer estimation of what Galloway claimed for
the engine. Perhaps I'll keep it after all!
