External Ignitor = Blonde walking past the table outside the restaurant
Internal Ignitor = Blonde walking past the table inside the restaurant

I'll betcha that an internal ignitor operates from a whack from the piston
whilest an external one gete its urge from an external whack from a hammer
triggered by the ignitor being released by so on and so on ect..
