[SEL] Governor for Chevy 350 engine?

Hmm I haven't thought about cruise control.  I have never owned any older 
vehicles with cruise so I don't have much knowlege of them.  I just wonder how 
close the speed regulation would be, but on a 230 VDC power system even a short 
term 10% power variation should be ok.  I'll check it out.
