[SEL] Need Info On Making Wagon Wheels for Cart

Hi Paul,

Go to your local scrapy. (short for scrap yard) and look for some heavy
walled pipe.  Be sure to look in the "short steel" pile. The shorter
pieces are easier to handle.  Find some pipe that matches the size you
want. Also find some flat steel to make the spokes from.

Now,,,, just cut some rings off the pipe, grab some small pipe with a
bore that matches the axle size you want.  Cut five or size small pieces
of the flat steel for each wheel and make them into spokes.

Now start welding.

Can anyone point me to a good source for information on how to make
wagon wheels? I want to make a set for a cart I am going to build, I
will need them to be smaller that a standard wheel but capable of
carrying the weight of the engine?
