Marv,
This spring I hauled one back to NC for a collector. The other day he 
told me he had it back together and had gotten his parts from the 
factory. Apparently they are still in business and have lots of old 
stock in inventory. I'd guess they can help you with speed ratio 
recommendations vs. HP input.
